Key West Bed and Breakfast® Policies

Key West Bed and Breakfast® is an adults-only property.

No one under the age of 21 is allowed, including infants and toddlers.
We do not allow pets. This includes emotional support animals.
There are no TVs in our house or telephones in our rooms but we do provide free WiFi.

Deposit policy:

All reservations require a one-night deposit plus 12.5% tax.
Reservations made for more than one room or six months in advance require a one-night, non-refundable deposit.
Special events/holidays may require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation policy:

Reservations canceled 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $35 plus applicable taxes.
Reservations canceled within the 14 day window will forfeit their deposit. We apologize, but we cannot make any exceptions to this.
Cancellations by email are not accepted. You will need to contact the property and speak to a guest service representative to cancel.
Early departures will be charged in full.

We highly recommend travel insurance to cover your hotel stay in case of emergencies or other unexpected interruptions.

  • Our office is open from 8:30 am - 6:00 pm.
  • Check in is at 3:00 PM (If you are delayed past 6:00 pm, please call us to make arrangements for a late check in). All 1 night stays must check in before 6:00 pm.
  • Check out is by 11:00 am.
  • Guests have use of the pool located directly next door at Island City house.
  • Free continental breakfast is served from 8:30 am till 10:00 am.
  • All rooms are air-conditioned.
  • Parking is free on the street as long as one does not park in any parking spot that is marked with the words "Residential Parking".
