We require a one-night deposit with tax. Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival will be refunded the deposit less a $35 administration fee. **If cancelled after the given cancellation date, you will be responsible for all the nights of your stay, unless we are able to resell the room. Over special events we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

We have a three night minimum over weekends off-season and 4-7 night minimums in high season, holidays and special events.
